Second, send less ventilation. Due to the dense ventilation after the collapse of the green body, the air flow in the kiln is concentrated in the upper part of the empty kiln chamber to pass, the brick stack cools down quickly, in order to maintain the firing temperature, the ventilation in the kiln must be reduced. The specific measures are to reduce the height of the control gate of the smoke exhaust fan and the heat supply fan, and stop the use of the kiln tail supply fan
Third, strong attack and burning. After the stacking area, the kiln car just entered the firing belt, the temperature is low, to use flammable bamboo chips, firewood or oil, coal mixtures into the kiln, forcibly ignited to attack, quickly increase the temperature of the billet, so that the temperature of the billet stack in the shortest possible time to reach the ignition point of the fuel, and strive to be able to throw coal as soon as possible, and after the bottom fire has the position of a kiln car, resume normal operation, so that the firing tends to normal.
