Clay insulation brick is a kind of high temperature heat insulation refractory material, which uses refractory clinker as raw material, plastic clay as binder, and an appropriate amount of combustible or foaming agent is added, which is formed by a brick press machine and then sintered. Clay insulation bricks are generally used as thermal insulation layers in various high-temperature kilns as thermal insulation materials.

On the basis of the production of general clay bricks, the clay refractory bricks produced by our company use good homogenizer as the main raw material, add appropriate auxiliary materials and some additives, after fine grinding, mixing, high-pressure molding, and transform into mullite crystal phase at the appropriate firing temperature, and the products used have good mineral composition, so as to ensure that the products have high refractory, dense bulk density, low porosity, excellent high temperature creep performance and good volume stability.
